Professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, New York, said Monday it would partner with Philips Speech Processing to market the Dutch firm's speech-processing technology to clients in the banking, travel and mobile telecommunications industries for use in their call centers.
PricewaterhouseCoopers said it would work with Philips to develop customized speech-enabled interface platforms based on the Philips' SpeechPearl and SpeechMania natural language recognition software.
