VarsityBooks.com, Washington, and Staples Inc.'s Staples.com division, Framingham, MA, yesterday signed a marketing services agreement.
VarsityBooks will market Staples.com to the college demographic through an integrated program that includes on-campus, student-to-student marketing efforts; targeted e-mail campaigns; and samples and coupons.
Staples.com will exclusively provide school supplies on VarsityBooks' Web site.
