Envelope Manager Software Upgrades Endicia

Envelope Manager Software, Palo Alto, CA, announced last week the availability of the next generation of its Endicia Internet postage service.

The new version adds support for International Mail, all Package Services with Electronic Delivery Confirmation, and enhanced support for Special Services.

Endicia Internet Postag allows users to print postage directly on their mail pieces with a mail piece design tool. It gained U.S. Postal Service approval in January.

With this release, Endicia users now can print postage for both domestic and international destinations and send letters and packages around the world. Endicia's International Mail Advisor also shows users all the mail classes, rates, restrictions, prohibitions, observations, customs forms and areas served for every destination. Users provide the address, select the mail class and weight, then print the envelope or label.

Endicia users also can print postage for all the Package Services — which include Parcel Post, Media Mail, Library Mail and Bound Printed Matter — and Priority Mail and Express Mail packages.

Finally, Endicia also lets users print Electronic Delivery Confirmation for Package Services and Priority Mail. Users also get the added convenience of one-click status checks on all their packages. This eliminates the need for keeping receipts or tracking numbers and typing that information in every time they need to get a package status.
