IBM Global Solutions yesterday debuted a suite of customer relationship management services.
Called Vision Builder, the service helps businesses understand the CRM services they want to achieve and the tools to measure results. It includes a customer workshop that defines the parameters of a proposed CRM program, develops an understanding of the financial and cultural effect to a business and builds the processes for successful transformation.
Vision Builder also is designed for companies already using a CRM system. The system has a set of analytical tools to assess cost reduction, revenue enhancement and other business measures.
