DataDistilleries, a vendor of predictive real-time analytical software, said yesterday that Vodafone in the Netherlands purchased its Real-Time Suite.
Vodafone is one of the largest mobile telecommunications companies in the Netherlands and is part of the worldwide Vodafone Group.
The software lets Vodafone make more specific offers for products or services the moment the customer contacts the company.
Vodafone will use DataDistilleries' solution during customer-initiated contacts, such as telephone calls to the customer services department. Other distribution channels, such as the Web site, also can use the software. Vodafone has already purchased the Analytical Suite from DataDistilleries.
DataDistilleries has its head office in the Netherlands, with offices in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France and Belgium.
