Direct Media Inc., Greenwich, CT, announced yesterday a strategic partnership with e-mail services firm Pivotal Veracity to provide its clients with access to the firm's e-mail management tools.
Pivotal Veracity's eContent Scorer examines a marketer's e-mail messages for triggers that may cause legitimate e-mail to be blocked by Internet service providers or spam filters. Its eDelivery Tracker analyzes the e-mail delivery process, such as what percentage of e-mail reaches users' in-boxes and what percentage is redirected.
The Pivotal Veracity tools will help DMI clients identify potential problems with their e-mail messages and delivery and let clients correct them to increase response and deliverability.
