2Roam Inc., a wireless Web application service provider, said yesterday that it entered into a strategic alliance with Engage Media, a provider of online marketing solutions. 2Roam, Redwood City, CA, will offer Engage Media’s advanced marketing capabilities as an additional advertising delivery option for 2Roam’s wireless Web solution to customers.
