Zubi Advertising, the nation's leading independently owned Hispanic ad agency, is expanding its business lines this year.
The Coral Gables, FL, agency will launch three departments: account planning, direct marketing and Zubi Digital. The agency already offers these services to clients. But this is the first time they will operate as separate departments.
Designed as a think tank, account planning aims to connect the research, consumer services and creative teams for better campaigns aimed at Hispanics. Andrew Speyer will lead the account planning department. He previously held this job at another Miami agency, Crispin, Porter & Bogusky.
The direct marketing department will handle all measurable marketing related to direct mail, telemarketing and online. Alberto Padron, a six-year agency veteran of Hispanic DM campaigns, will head this department.
Zubi Digital creates interactive campaigns. Will Freyer and Andres Fernandez jointly lead the digital department.
The agency also relaunched its site at www.zubiad.com.
