Specialty foods retailer Zabar’s has signed an agreement with OrderMotion for customer service, order management and fulfillment services related to e-commerce transactions.
By outsourcing its operational infrastructure to OrderMotion, Zabar’s will be able to focus resources on business growth.
According to Zabar’s, New York, the OrderMotion solution will help the New York retailer streamline its operations, save money and it is scalable, an important factor since its orders increase 15-fold during the holidays.
One of OrderMotion’s goals is to enable clients to run their operations at 1 percent to 2 percent of revenue.
Demandware Inc., Zabar’s e-commerce services provider, will be fully integrated with the OrderMotion platform.
