Search engine Yahoo, Santa Clara, CA, and online retailer Shopping.com, Corona Del Mar, CA, recently announced an advertising and sponsorship agreement that will provide Yahoo users access to Shopping.com's more than 1.5 million online items through links and banner ads. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Yahoo (www.yahoo.com) users will be able to request information on Shopping.com (www.shopping.com) or go directly to the site via a link on the exit page of the service. Shopping.com also will be featured in Yahoo's Visa Shopping Guide and take part in several of Yahoo's promotions this year.
