Outsourced contact center and technology firm Xturion joined the companies like UPS, FedEx Corp. and Hewlett-Packard by extending services within online retail software Ecometry Corp.’s Ecometry Alliance Network.
Xturion, Los Angeles, can market its services, which includes customer call support, e-mail management, online chat and inbound telemarketing, to Ecometry’s clients.
Ecometry, Delray Beach, FL, powers the multi-commerce operations of companies like Nordstrom, Time Life, Brookstone, Saks Fifth Avenue, Miles Kimball, Kohl’s, Coach and Harley-Davidson.
Beyond the call center, Xturion also offers technology services from its California and India offices. These include software development for database architecture, business intelligence, business applications and analytics.
These services join the existing offerings from Ecometry. This includes: the Ecometry Suite, a set of business applications designed to completely automate the front- and back-end operations for multichannel retailers; Blue Martini software, a customer loyalty software; and Nextor, a POS application.
