Xchange has expanded its relationship with KnowledgeBase Marketing Inc., a Wunderman company and a provider of marketing information and customer relationship management services.
KnowledgeBase Marketing, Richardson, TX, has incorporated Xchange's technology in its Impact product for more than a year, and now can offer the solution globally through Wunderman's network of clients and prospects.
Impact lets clients use marketing strategies to improve customer loyalty and profitability. It includes business intelligence, Web intelligence, analytics, campaign management applications and strategic consulting.
Xchange's technology enhances Impact with the ability to identify profit opportunities, determine customer value at risk through likely attrition and identify the right investments and offers to capture and maximize that value, both companies said.
