Wynn Las Vegas, one of Las Vegas’ premier luxury resort hotel and casinos, has selected WebSideStory Inc. and its web analytics solution, HBX Analytics, to optimize the business performance of its Web site.
San Diego, CA-based WebSideStory made the announcement Aug. 14.
After a review of several vendors, Wynn chose WebSideStory for its customer support, seasoned consulting services, and capabilities of tracking both rich and streaming media, including visitor interaction with Macromedia Flash objects.
Wynn Las Vegas’ Web site is constructed almost entirely in Flash. Using HBX Analytics, the company will be able to better understand visitor behavior on its site, helping to increase customer satisfaction and boost online room reservations. Wynn also selected WebSideStory for its experience in the travel sector, where its customers include major hotel chains, airlines and cruise lines.
