Williams-Sonoma and CBS will partner on an integrated campaign to promote the network's fall primetime schedule.
As part of the deal, a DVD featuring previews from six new series joining CBS' fall schedule will be distributed through targeted Williams-Sonoma catalogs and in all packages shipped in early fall, according to several media reports yesterday. All stores nationwide also will distribute the DVD.
In addition, displays in Williams-Sonoma stores will highlight the network's fall lineup and promotional material will be featured on the retailer's Web site. The DVDs also will contain a series of holiday cooking segments that were filmed at Williams-Sonoma flagship store in New York. Hannah Storm hosts the Sneak Peek DVD.
The promotion is an extension of last year's deal that has Williams-Sonoma playing host to a series of “5-Minute Cooking School” segments that air on CBS' “The Early Show.”
