WestStar Credit Union has implemented Group 1 Software’s DM1 marketing automation solution, Group 1 said yesterday.
DM1 offers data hygiene and enhancement capabilities. It integrates Group 1's data quality solutions, and delivers analysis through ad-hoc query, online analytical processing tools, data visualization, modeling, reporting and campaign management.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, WestStar’s 30,000-plus members include employees of companies licensed for gaming by the state of Nevada.
Keryn Marlatt, senior vice president of marketing at WestStar, said the company will use DM1 to help the company measure the return from its marketing campaigns, determine member value and plan additional branch and ATM locations.
