Triton PCS, Malvern, PA, an AT&T affiliate that will debut a wireless service to 12 million people in the Southeast, has selected West & Vaughan, Raleigh/Durham, NC, as its agency of record.

Triton has opened regional offices in Richmond, VA, and Charleston, SC, and will establish coverage over Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
