Pseudo programs Inc.,New York one of the first companies to produce video content for the Internet, said yesterday that it had called it quits. All 175 employees of the company were let go. Although the company had been shelling out up to $2 million a month to produce content on the Web, it was attracting relatively few viewers, according to reports. Pseudo had also enacted a large e-mail and off-line marketing campaign for its various shows, most recently touting its political Webcasts.
