Waterman, CyberSunshine team up for real estate search engine

Real estate Web site developer CyberSunshine Inc. has signed a joint agreement with Waterman Broadcasting to create Home Spot, a localized real estate search engine for the Southwest Florida market.

The engine is set to launch this month and is being created in response to feedback from the media giant’s current Web site visitors.

Home Spot will be powered by technology designed and developed by CyberSunshine of Fort Myers, FL.

Waterman Broadcasting, also based in Fort Myers, will make the site accessible through its two award-winning news Web sites, www.NBC-2.com and www.ABC-7.com.

Because these are highly visited Web sites, they will offer users an enhanced portal to Home Spot. In addition to looking for residential and business property in Southwest Florida, users also will be able to find agents, brokerages and information on communities.

What is more, the site will feature a search option that will showcase the market’s “Best Values.”

CyberSunshine Inc. has been developing Web sites and intranet applications for the real estate industry since 1998.
