Walter Karl, a Donnelley Marketing Co., Pearl River, NY, announced the debut yesterday of its Walter Karl Interactive Ultimate Ethnic E-Mail Database of 3.6 million permission-based e-mail addresses by ethnicity.
The firm's interactive division created the file by enhancing the Walter Karl master file of consumers with ethnic data. It contains more than 1.1 million African-American names, 1.4 million Hispanic names and 1 million Asian names as well as other ethnicities.
The file is also selectable by age, income, gender, homeowner, interest categories, credit cardholder and geography. Base price is $100/M.
