Walmart.com will Webcast a satellite performance by “The Backstreet Boys” tomorrow in an effort to promote the pop musical group’s newly released album, “Black & Blue”.
The Webcast can be viewed for free on Walmart.com at 7 p.m. CST and on satellite monitors in roughly 2,000 Wal-Mart stores nationwide. The broadcast will include a biographical look at the “The Backstreet Boys”, interviews with group members and song performances. Walmart.com will also feature “Backstreet Boys” paraphernalia and merchandise.
Walmart.com is also joining forces with eBay to auction the autographed suit worn by band member, Nick Carter, on the “Backstreet Boys’ Millenium Tour”. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Caroline-Cochran Lupus Memorial Foundation.
All new “Backstreet Boys” albums purchased at Wal-Mart stores and on Walmart.com feature an exclusive bonus track, which the group will perform during the Webcast.
