Print management firm Wallace Computer Services Inc., Lisle, IL, announced last month its 24th industry purchase since 1992 in Minneapolis-based Metro Printing Inc.
Wallace, Lisle, IL, said it will target the print needs of Minnesota Fortune 2000 companies as it looks to expand its Midwestern reach for its business services offering of printing, fulfillment, inventory management and distribution.
In the acquisition, announced last month, the company said it will gain from Metro’s list of Twin Cities clients, which accumulated sales of $12 million last year. Specific details of the cash purchase were not disclosed.
