Wachovia Corporation has selected Exstream Software Inc.'s Dialogue software to provide an infrastructure for building and deploying the financial services firm's personalized print/mail document applications.
Wachovia will use Dialogue to help design, produce, maintain and deliver customized customer communications that clarify investment performance, encourage financial planning and reflect the client relationship. As a result of the new system, the company expects to be able to reduce document development time and speed time to market.
