Voice.com Unveils IVR for Windows NT

IVoice.com, Inc., Aberdeen, NJ, this week introduced the Windows NT Interactive Voice Response system, a speech recognition application for its Windows NT automated voice mail product.

The company said significant cost comparisons to consider when comparing calls handled by customer service representatives and its automated speech recognition include connecting through voice dialing and auto attendants, operator services such as directory assistance, and services such as authentication and identification.
