More than 1,450 sales people have completed online training modules on Virgin Mobile products since they became available in November on CyberScholar.com, training solutions agency Creative Channel Services said yesterday.
CyberScholar.com is part of the CyberScholar Learning Network, which reaches 90,000 retail professionals with interactive sales training and product information. Virgin Mobile's training features three characters who love to dance and answer questions about Virgin Mobile products. Sales associates who complete the training are entered into monthly prize drawings.
The site is being promoted at Best Buy, RadioShack, Target and Virgin Megastores and is part of Virgin Mobile's campaign to expand brand awareness and knowledge of its line of products among retailers and retail sales professionals.
