When it comes to brands on Pinterest, Target has been one of the pioneers. The retailer has tested an e-commerce site powered by Pinterest recommendations, and recently it partnered with three prominent Pinterest users to create a party supplies line.
In this video, Target’s VP of digital marketing and loyalty, Bonnie Gross talks about the brand’s strategy for connecting with customers using Pinterest. Gross outlines the company’s content strategy as well as its use of “Pin It” buttons and “Rich Pins” for further engagement.
