Video: A look inside Dell’s social media command center

In December, Dell hosted Dell World 2013, its first conference ever since the company went private. Social media is a big part of Dell’s new strategy, and the company runs a large social media training program, encouraging all its employees to get “social media certified” so that communication and digital outreach isn’t just restricted to the PR and marketing team.

We caught up with Amy Heiss, the head of the social media training program, who gave us some fascinated insights into how Dell’s global social media monitoring and response machine works.
