ValueClick, Westlake Village, CA, a pay-for-results advertising network, plans to launch a European affiliate advertising program in the first quarter of next year.
The company, which earlier this year received an $85 million investment from DoubleClick Inc., will offer affiliate advertising in the United Kingdom and Europe. The announcement comes on the heels of ValueClick's $800,000 acquisition of onResponse.com.
ValueClick said it would run tests to see how best to integrate its pay-for-performance advertising services into its new program. In November, the company said it broke through the 200 million banner-impressions-per-month barrier in the UK.
