Userplane, a subsidiary of AOL, announced deals with Channel 4 (UK), The CW, FUEL TV and IFC to provide its social networking and community applications to those networks’ Web sites. The company, which also offers a shared revenue plan to publishers who use its service, said it has paid out more than $500,000 in six months to Web publishers that have implemented the Userplane Money program.
