Kurt Keuhn, CFO of UPS, said in a statement that the company “expects first-quarter trends to continue through the year, producing revenue growth and additional operating leverage.”

In February, UPS reported fourth-quarter 2009 revenues of $12.4 billion, a 2.5% drop year-over-year from the $12.7 billion earned during the same period of 2008.
