Upromise, Needham, MA, a service that helps families save for college, plans to use the analysis from Coremetrics to improve site conversion and enhance the online customer experience.
Members can automatically earn a percentage of purchases made from businesses including grocery and drug stores, online shopping sites and restaurants. Since its launch in April 2001, Upromise has grown to 4 million members.
Coremetrics, Burlingame, CA, provides analysis of Web site activity on the Upromise site by capturing and storing information in real time to build user profiles.
