UCG, a provider of business information, is rolling out tools from NetSuite Inc. to automate its front- and back-office operations, from financials to sales force automation and customer support, in an effort to gain a full view of its business.
Rockville, MD-based UCG plans to deploy 700 user seats of NetSuite, making it one of the largest on-demand ERP and CRM implementations in the world, according to San Mateo, CA-based NetSuite.
UCG has already implemented the ERP component of NetSuite across its finance unit. It also introduced NetSuite CRM for part of its sales and
customer support functions. It plans to complete the implementation for the remaining business divisions over the next few months.
