Information solutions provider TransUnion said yesterday that it acquired Visionary Systems, an Atlanta-based data access solutions provider.
Terms were not disclosed.
TransUnion will integrate Visionary Systems' EnVision Platform into its analytics offerings for business customers. The combination will yield a solution for making high-volume individualized decisions, according to TransUnion.
Customers are expected to benefit through reduced customer acquisition costs, increased profitability per account, real-time access to portfolio performance metrics and enhanced collections optimization efforts.
