TNT International Express USA this week introduced domestic express service and an unlimited-weight letter.
TNT International Express USA is the U.S. express arm of TNT Post Group, a Netherlands-based express, logistics and mail company.
The domestic express service, called USA Express, targets Baltimore; Boston; Chicago; Houston; Los Angeles; Miami; New York; Washington; Philadelphia; San Francisco; Greenwich, CT; Hartford, CT; Newark, NJ; and San Diego.
TNT, which leads the express market in Europe, also will offer a one-rate USA Express Letter with no weight restrictions to and from these cities. Whatever can fit into the TNT express envelope will be sent for the same rate, regardless of the weight or contents.
The Garden City, NY, company will offer a similar unlimited-weight letter for its Global Express international service.
