T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. and CRM and billing provider Amdocs announced yesterday the use of Amdocs ClarifyCRM at T-Mobile Netherlands.
Formerly known as Ben Mobile, T-Mobile Netherlands uses Amdocs ClarifyCRM in its customer-care center. T-Mobile Netherlands is a subsidiary of T-Mobile International, the mobile communications subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
Amdocs ClarifyCRM gives T-Mobile's customer service representatives a real-time view of each customer. More than 800 T-Mobile customer service reps use Amdocs ClarifyCRM to support the company's 1.5 million active business and residential subscribers in the Netherlands.
