The nation’s second largest cable operator Time Warner Cable, New York, Nov. 14 entered an agreement with social shopping network Expo Communications, New York, to distribute its consumer-generated product reviews destination ExpoTV’s to its digital cable subscribers. The agreement increases the reach of the online video network for consumers to 20 million households – more than 80 percent of all video on demand homes nationwide. ExpoTV is also available through distribution through Comcast, Charter and cable providers.
