Time Inc.'s Gursha Joins Circ Hall of Fame

Rob Gursha, president of Time Inc. Home Entertainment, has been named to the Direct Marketing Association's Circulation Hall of Fame.

The award from the DMA's Circulation Council honors an individual who has contributed to the circulation industry. Called the 2005 Circulation Hall of Fame Award, it will be presented Feb. 1 at the DMA's 19th annual Circulation Day at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel.

Gursha is a 25-year veteran of publishing. He began in 1980 at Newsweek Inc., where he became director of circulation marketing for Newsweek magazine. Another job he held was vice president of circulation at Capital Cities/ABC for its consumer magazine division.

At Time Inc., Gursha runs a division that publishes books, calendars and videos for company titles like Time, People, Sports Illustrated, Life, InStyle, Money, Essence and This Old House as well as outside entities such as Atkins and Guinness World Records.
