The Personal Finance Magazine Group at Time Inc. last week purchased the subscriber files of Your Money and Consumers Digest magazines, which no longer mail.
Time Inc. will send these newly acquired subscribers its Money and Mutual Funds magazines later this month.
“We acquired these subscriber lists because it is a terrific opportunity,” David Kieselstein, president of the Personal Finance Magazine Group at Time Inc., New York, said in a statement. “As the category regains its advertising momentum, we will be even more strongly poised as the leaders in this category.”
Money magazine has a circulation of 1.9 million, and Mutual Funds magazine has a circulation of 800,000.
