Tesch Inducted Into One Club Hall

The One Club for Art & Copy, a leading nonprofit for the creative industry, inducted Mike Tesch, vice president and associate creative director at Kelley Swofford Roy, into its Hall of Fame.

Tesch is among the 36 people to win this prestigious honor since it was handed out starting in 1961. Other honorees this year are Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein, founders of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and Tesch's former creative partner, the late Patrick Kelly.

A recipient of more than 50 Clio awards and 40 One Show prizes, Tesch was selected by One Club for his work on the then-Federal Express, Dunkin' Donuts and Tonka Toys accounts.

Tesch and Kelly created advertising that changed the perception of Federal Express. They introduced the tagline, “When it absolutely, positively, has to be there overnight.”

Kelley Swofford Roy, Coral Gables, FL, has done marketing for Aeroflot Airlines, Florida Prepaid College Board, Mexico's Tec de Monterrey University, Sony Latin America, Government of Colombia, Sol Melia Hotels, Viscaya Museum and the Miami-Dade Expressway.
