TeleTech, a Denver-based teleservices provider, announced a multiyear deal last week to provide CRM and direct marketing services to BMW New Zealand.
TeleTech will provide inbound customer service, database management and direct marketing campaign management. It will operate out of BMW's New Zealand headquarters in Mount Wellington.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
BMW New Zealand awarded the contract to TeleTech after a survey of BMW customers ranked it second in customer satisfaction among BMW business units worldwide, including Austria, Germany, Great Britain, South Africa, Switzerland and the United States. While the survey put BMW New Zealand behind Australia only, it also identified opportunities for improvement, BMW New Zealand said.
