TeleTech Holdings Inc. and Avaya Inc. launched a five-year agreement to market contact center systems, the companies announced this week.
Intelligent Systems on Demand is aimed at midsize and large enterprises and is designed for companies that outsource their customer service functions. Avaya communications solutions will be embedded into TeleTech On Demand services, TeleTech's portfolio of customer management technology solutions.
Intelligent Systems on Demand will centrally route and control all of a company's interactions with customers from front to back offices. Avaya's contact management systems help companies deliver personalized customer service.
The offering also includes Avaya's predictive routing technology. Its flexibility lets customers purchase specific elements of the system as needed, and scale up or down as needed.
