Telemarketing firm ICT Group, Langhorne, PA, launched a database marketing unit earlier this month.
The unit, Database Marketing Services, will offer data mining, data segmentation and data warehousing.
Robert J. Bzezensky — an independent consultant who has worked for AT&T, Texaco, Doubleday, Aetna U.S. Healthcare and T. Rowe Price — is the president of the division.
