Team Mucho, a business process outsourcing company, soon will be able to offer its small-business customers e-mail marketing services as a result of a strategic alliance formed yesterday with Roving Software.
The agreement calls for Roving, Needham, MA, a provider of e-marketing services for small and medium-sized companies, to offer Team Mucho's customers its e-mail marketing software, Constant Contact.
“The solution will benefit Team Mucho's customers by allowing them to employ e-mail marketing, a cost-effective method of communicating to reach the small businesses' customers and prospects,” said Gail Goodman, CEO of Roving. “The solution will walk companies through a step-by-step process, guiding them through everything they need to do to build a professionally formatted e-mail campaign.”
Goodman said Constant Contact helps companies design e-mails in different formats and helps them track their effectiveness.
In related news, Roving last week partnered with Elibrium, a division of ClickAction. Elibrium, Palo Alto, CA, will co-market and distribute Constant Contact through the office supply retail channel, which includes Staples, Office Depot and CompUSA. The product will be priced at $39.95 and will be in stores in April.
