The Cross Sell Hub will let TD Bank connect sales opportunities with the branch representative or financial adviser best able to meet the customer's needs, said MarketSoft, Lexington, MA, a marketing management software company.
The hub's tracking and measurement features will let TD Bank ensure that sales reps follow up every opportunity and that sales and marketing processes are continually refined for maximum customer satisfaction.
