Data compiler and manager Direct Marketing Associates has experienced a significant increase in business since implementing Alvion Technologies' ListKey system for online counts and orders.
“We were processing between 100 to 150 orders a month prior to ListKey, and we are now processing 400 to 450,” said Adam Critch, president of Direct Marketing Associates, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
In February 2000, DMA began having trouble keeping up with count and order requests, Critch said. The manual process it used to process orders was not sufficient to supply clients with what they needed in a timely manner.
When AccuData America, a user of DMA's data and sister company to Alvion Technologies, experienced delays in count and order turnaround time at DMA, it recommended that DMA consider implementing the ListKey system, said Mary Jo Yafchak, CEO of Alvion Technologies and AccuData America, Cape Coral, FL.
DMA decided to try ListKey, which was up and running by June 2000. In the nine months since then, it has noticed a steady improvement in the number of orders it processes.
“Efficiency went from days to minutes to complete orders. Everyone is happy, especially our clients,” Critch said.
