Synergy to Market Web Sites to Virtumundo Database

Synergy Brands and Virtumundo Investments, the investment subsidiary of online direct marketing company Virtumundo, yesterday announced an agreement to market future Synergy Web sites to Virtumundo's database.

The agreement includes the distribution of promotional e-mails to Virtumundo's customer database, co-registration of potential customers and other support to enhance the customer acquisition objectives of, and two additional e-tail Web sites that Synergy Brands plans to debut at the end of the year.

The creative artwork for the e-mails is being completed, and the e-mail campaign is expected to begin either at the end of this week or early next week, according to Tom Shelton, director of investments at Virtumundo Investments, Kansas City, MO.

Synergy, Syosset, NY, develops Internet properties that partner with strategic business entities to build revenues within the business-to-business and business-to-consumer Internet area.
