Synapse Technology Inc., a provider of database marketing products and services, launched a suite of service products yesterday to help database marketers improve the quality of their data.
The IQEngine service helps companies identify, clean and manage the data used to market products and services to their customer and prospect databases, according to Charlotte, NC-based Synapse.
There are four components to the IQEngine suite:
· Data quality check, which examines data elements and checks for completeness, accuracy and suitability for use.
· Duplicate removal and preemption, which helps prevent conflicting messages to customers and prospects.
· Data quality consulting, which serves to establish or improve internal quality standards across functions, divisions and geographical units.
· Reporting and analysis, which tracks metrics and monitors results from improved data quality efforts.
