B2 Bredband AB, a broadband provider to the Swedish business and residential markets, named Transcom Worldwide S.A., Bertrange, Luxembourg, to handle customer relationship marketing services.
The two-year contract requires Transcom (transcom-worldwide.com) to handle inbound calls, including customer care telephony and Internet support, in Sweden. Calls will be handled at Transcom's facility in Karlskoga.
A specialist in CRM, Transcom has 34 centers across 17 countries in Europe and Morocco with more than 7,800 employees. It offers services in 38 languages.
