Super Fresh Plans Loyalty Effort

Super Fresh, an A&P-owned chain of 25 supermarkets in the South and Northeast, selected Customer Communications Group Inc., Denver, to create and launch the Club Fresh loyalty program.

The program includes a three-tiered rewards structure and communications strategy with savings each time a member uses the card. Members also get perks to improve each shopping experience.

Customer Communications, which has implemented programs for Wachovia Bank, Dillard's, Nordstrom and Pier 1 Imports, will execute and measure results from the Club Fresh effort.
