Statlistics has been named the first outside list manager for Advantage Business Media’s 19 new lists in the science, medical, manufacturing/processing and communications/electronics categories.
The Danbury, CT-based list management firm also will offer an Advantage Business Media master file of more than 1.2 million names selectable in a variety of ways. Statlistics takes over this account Jan. 1.
“The challenge we have is to maximize their list rental revenue by partnering them up with other vertical business-to-business files like Ascend Media and Pennwell Publishing that we manage,” said John Papalia, president of Statlistics.
Advantage Business Media’s controlled and qualified circulation publications offer news, product and service developments, and research in sectors including scientific, manufacturing and electronics.
The specific lists Statlistics will manage include Bioscience Technology, Drug Discovery & Development, Genomics & Proteomics, Laboratory Equipment, R&D, Scientific Computing, Surgical Products, Chem.Info, Food Manufacturing and IMPO.
Other Advantage Business Media files under Statlistics list management are InMFG, Medical Design Technology, Pharmaceutical Processing, Product Design & Development, Production Technology News, CED, ECN, Wireless Design & Development and Wireless Week.
“We’ll be doing additional segmentation and enhancements to these files in order to facilitate postal and e-mail list rentals to a broad range of mailers in the science, medical, communications/electronics and processing community,” Mr. Papalia said.
