Staples Inc. said yesterday it has invested in ICG Commerce, Jenkintown, PA, and has formed a strategic partnership with the e-procurement company.
Staples, Framingham, MA, will implement ICG’s e-procurement service to reduce its fulfillment costs, and will become an ICG supply partner to help service the company’s customer base.
